1.      What are our Freight Policies and Charges and Insurance Policies?

Our Freight policies are complex based on the nature of our business.  We are here to provide you the best wholesale price on our products, therefore freight charges are not included in our site rather we will find the best possible way to ship the product for you .  For example, our products could be shipped to you from our warehouses or manufactures that might be minutes or just a few miles from your location.  In such cases, the freight amount might be minimal or even no charge due to the proximity as to where the product will be delivered.  Our products might come from different locations to you and might not be a good business practice to set a fixed freight amount based on a single location as freight may not be accurate as to the amount that would charge to your method of payment.   Any orders placed on our wholesale online store are subject to freight and we will notify you of such freight amount with instructions on how to pay the freight amount online if any.

For large and heavy weight orders such as lumber, rebar, cement bags and or other items alike, delivery of such depends on your location and logistics and it might not be available at  your current location.  Current stock on an item or service availability can be verified by calling 1-800-300-9314.  Most orders are shipped the same day if they’re in stock and if order is received by 1:00 ET.  Any and all shipments in excess of 60lbs are shipped via freight liner when the shipping location is outside our service range area.  As a convenient for freight pricing from different freight liners, you may get a quote at:

Some orders carry the benefit of free freight and you may call us for details.  Next day and Second day Air is available and rates are based on weight of the shipment, dimensions and the prevailing rates of the freight providers from UPS, FEDEX, USPS or others.  For orders being shipped outside the US, Freight Forwarders or to a PO Box, other requirements may apply.    Orders being shipped outside the US will carry freight forwarding charges and other services required unless you, the customer, has made arrangements with a freight forwarding or alike carrier.  Customer shall be responsible for any taxes and duties on the final destination of the products on the order.

INSURANCE:  Customer agrees and acknowledges that insurance on any and all products shipped is the responsibility of the customer and customer shall bear the cost of carrying such freight insurance.

Damages In Transit:  Customer acknowledges and agrees that it shall report such damages in transit to the freight courier at the time of signing and receiving the order.  In the event of damages, it shall be noted on the freight documentation and have courier acknowledge in writing of such damage.

In the event of noticeable damages, customer has option of refusing the shipment from the courier and instructs the courier to return the items back to us.  Some freight providers request certain conditions in order to provide the best possible rate.  For example: Business to Business delivery or shipment with forklift on hand will get you the best possible rate.  Discuss with your freight provider for more details.  We may also send your order freight collect at your request. In the event of shortage claims an investigation of such will follow. Pending such investigation on our part such as inventory counts,UPS,FEDEX or trucking weight records, video recodings on our shipping department and other suitable facts to resolve the claim shall be sufficient to denie your claim of any shortages in your shipment.

2.      What do we mean to beat and meet any legitimate pricing?

We will meet or beat any price on any item subject to certain conditions such as stock, availability, exact brand name, model number.  Such guarantee shall not include products offered under auctions, close outs, back orders, discontinued items.   Such guarantee shall only apply to any items prior to purchasing the item from us.  This guarantee shall not apply to any freight amount and it’s only related to individual items on the order without freight.    Construction Supplies after its due diligence and verifications of such offers by competitors, will be happy to meet or beat the price. 

 

3.      What is My Return Policy?

In the event that you are returning any items or the complete order to us, you can do so and it shall be done within 7 days of receiving the order in order to receive a full in store credit.   Otherwise you can receive a refund to your method of payment less a 30% restocking fee.  Any items or orders shall not be refundable after a 30 day period after the purchase date of the order.   The item must be in its original unused condition.    Customer prior to returning any items shall contact us at 1-800-300-9314 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.   We will not accept any returns for any items that has been used or missing any original package.  Such item shall be considered non-returnable.  If an item is received damaged by the courier or freight provider, call us immediately.  If the shipment is from a trucking freight provider, either refuse the shipment or be sure to have the driver note the damage or shortage on the freight bill before accepting delivery then call us immediately or within 24 hours at 1-800-300-9314.

5.      How Can I get a Price Quote?

Customers wanting to request a price quote can take advantage of our wish list - quote feature on our wholesale online store.  This feature will let you pick and choose items in stock, register your information, request for items not listed in the store and request a freight quote without having to purchase the items.  This wish list will stay in your account and will automate the process in the event that you decide to purchase the items.  At the time of checking out of your quote request, make sure you email us the request at: E Mail.  Otherwise you may request a quote via email above or by calling us at 1-800-300-9314 Ext.100

 

6.      What are the methods of payment accepted by Construction Supplies?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal as payment.  You must have a PayPal account or you may need to create a new account at www.paypal.com prior to placing the order with us in order to pay us; otherwise you may send us a cashier’s check, money order or wire transfer as instructed.  For wire transfer instructions, you must contact us at 1-800-300-9314 or email us at

E Mail.  We also have a Purchase Order open account system which is subject to a credit application approved by our credit department and you must be a business entity, Government Agency doing business in the State of Florida for this type of account.We reserve the right of refunding you any funds transfered to us whether partially or in full in the event we refuse to sell you our produtcs without any other liabilty to you whatsoever.In the event you feel you have not received the product you ordered, or services we promise to you in writting or posted on this website or any other issue we reserve the right to a full insvestigation and is subject to the pending outcome prior to any refund will be given to you .

You can check-out without creating an account. However, if you choose to create an account, the next time you shop with us, you won't have to enter your name and address information again, saving time. We do not store any credit card information for security reasons and that is one of our reasons all of the payments are made through our PayPal system.  The PayPal system is the only entity that holds your personal information.  It is a good feature as any time that you buy from any one on the Internet and they accept PayPal, you are only providing your information to one entity and not several merchant accounts.  We never rent, sell or distribute any customer information.
